Conditions for Accepting Bets
- Parimatch accepts bets based on the line, or the list of impending events, at the odds for those events’ outcomes.
- Line adjustments (handicaps, winner odds, totals, parlay wagering restrictions, maximum bet amounts, and others) can be made after a wager, but the conditions of wagers that have already been placed do not alter. The amount of the bets accepted is limited to the account balance.
- No event may have more bets placed on it in a single betting day than the maximum allowed for that event as indicated on the line (for the line of the same date). The total sum of any bets that exceed the maximum bet will not be accepted.
- Bets are accepted prior to the start of the event. After the event has begun, bets placed on it are no longer valid and will be returned. These wagers aren’t included in parlays. The only exceptions are bets that are placed “live” during the event. These bets are legitimate and will only be reimbursed if they were placed after the event has already ended for some reason.
- Results updates during live events are presented solely for informational purposes. The wrong result cannot be used as justification for canceling the wager. The betting company is not liable if the outcomes of live events are accurate.
- The event’s start date and hour are given in the line for informational purposes only. If the wager was placed prior to the start of the event, a mistaken date is not a valid justification for a refund. The real time that the event started is utilized to settle bets. This time is established in accordance with the official records (websites cited by the betting company when gathering data) of the entity that organizes the contest, game, etc.
- Parimatch disclaims all liability for misspellings of team names, player surnames, and city names associated with the events on which bets are placed.
- The betting company has the right to unilaterally recognize the concluded agreement (including the terms of the agreement) if there were errors made by the staff in the preparation and publication of the betting line, or if there was an obvious flaw in the computer software that determines the betting line (obvious errors in the odds, odds discrepancy in various positions, etc.).
- After the client places the wager and receives a confirmation, the bets cannot be altered or cancelled (a note on the site and the wager number).
- If a wager has already been placed and has been registered on the server, a connection error or other technical communication errors are not grounds for changing or canceling the wager.
- The loss of a password is not an excuse to alter, cancel, or request a payout for a wager.
- The client is not permitted to authorize anyone else to use his or her gaming account.
- Parimatch retains the right to:
- to impose restrictions or refuse to accept bets from anyone without providing a justification or previous written notification;
- in the event that a client is suspected of engaging in fraudulent behavior, cancel any bets placed by that client, reimburse the deposit, and close the game account;
- at the client’s request, to permanently close the client’s game account without allowing it to be reopened.
- Based on these principles, the decision to reject bets and/or shut the gaming account is made, taking into account the history of client bets and the specifics of a given situation.
Special Terms
- If the event:
- was delayed for more than 36 hours from the start time listed on the betslip and did not take place on the scheduled day, all bets on this event are settled at odds 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules for this type of sport);
- was interrupted and did not finish within 12 hours of the start time indicated on the betslip, all bets on the outcomes whose outcomes were known at the time of interruption are settled in accordance with these outcomes, and bets on the outcomes whose outcomes were unknown at the time of interruption are settled at odds of 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules of sport).
- If the game is moved to a neutral site, the bets remain the same. The stakes will be returned and the bets will be withdrawn from parlays if the game is relocated to the opponent’s field. The bets will remain identical and there won’t be a refund if the game is moved to another field inside the same city, regardless of the venue.
- The original result will still be available for betting even if the outcome is altered or canceled (due to a protest, doping, etc.).
- If more than one competitor (team) is declared the competition’s winner, wagers put on their victory are settled at odds of 1.
- Following the event, the betting company releases the actual results based on official records and other information sources. In a contentious circumstance, such as when conflicting results for the same event are reported by numerous sources with clear errors, the betting company has the last say on how the outcomes should be determined for the settlement of bets.
- The betting company reserves the right to cancel bets (make a refund), both winning and losing, if there is reason to believe that they were placed after the outcome of the event was known or after the selected player / team gained a significant advantage (e.g., the advantage in the score, the sending off or substitution of player, etc.).
- For the purpose of settling bets on live events, Parimatch employs its own data regarding the actual conduct of the game. If the outcomes of events cannot be ascertained for any reason (such as a loss of broadcasting, the absence of results in information sources, etc.), these events will be resolved at odds of 1.
- The client must ensure that the information on his or her wagering slip is completed in accordance with the rules. The betting company reserves the right to refund the bets and cancel the wagers if it has been filled out wrongly, regardless of the reason and who is to blame.
- The client’s gaming account will be blocked until the client deposits an amount equal to or greater than the negative balance if the client has a negative balance as a result of bets being revalued due to erroneously submitted results. In such a case, Parimatch maintains the right to discontinue taking the client’s bets. All bets made prior to the revaluation will stand.
- Within 10 days of the event’s results being registered, complaints on debatable matters will be received in the form of email applications (sent to [email protected]). No complaints will be accepted after 10 days. The betting company has the final say in contentious cases where there are no precedents.
Financial Limitations
- The minimum bet amount is equal to 1 USD or 1 EUR.
- The maximum parlay odds are 2000. The winnings will be calculated as if the odds were exactly 2000 even if they are higher. The winnings must, however, not go over the maximum winnings for one wager.
- The maximum wager for each event varies depending on the sport and the event. For each event and wagering form, the maximum bet amount will be established by Parimatch specifically, and it is subject to change without prior written notice. The betting company retains the authority to impose a maximum bet limit on particular events and to abruptly adjust the betting restrictions for specific customers.
- The maximum payoff for a single wager is equal to $1,000,000 USD in the currency of the gaming account.
- VIP BET. You can place your bet as a “VIP” if you want to wager more than the maximum sum listed in the area. The following prerequisites must be satisfied for this to happen:

- – The minimum “VIP bet” is the equivalent of $100 USD in the currency of the gaming account.
- – You must place a single, multiple, or system wager.
- – Bets on “live” events are not included in the “VIP bet” category.
- – The “VIP bet” category excludes wagers on the “Parlay line.”
- – You must submit your “VIP bet” application no later than 20 minutes before the event begins.
- It is possible to request higher odds when placing “VIP bets.” Odds ordering is only available when placing bets starting at $1000 USD (equivalent in account currency).
- If all of the aforementioned requirements for placing a “VIP bet” are satisfied, the betting company will take this wager into consideration and may decide to accept it. Within fifteen minutes, a decision will be reached. Your wager will either be entirely accepted or entirely refused. The “Account History” page will display the analysis of the bet and the decision made regarding it. Please take notice that in the event that the “VIP bet” is rejected, you may still place the highest possible wager in accordance with the sectional maximum.
- The “VIP bet” has a maximum payout of $1,000,000 USD.
